Due to the handmade nature of our purses, all sales are final.

Each purse is handcrafted specifically for your order, and production begins shortly after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been submitted.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
